Picnic Shelter Booking

Make your visit to Bulla Hill Miniature Railway extra special by reserving one of our seven undercover picnic shelters, perfect for families, friends, and group gatherings.

Your booking is for Shelter Five (5), which will be available for use from 11:00am onwards and is yours to enjoy for the entire day.

These shelters are very popular, so securing your booking in advance ensures you have a dedicated, shaded spot to relax, eat, and take in the fun atmosphere of the railway.

🎟️ Ride Tickets
Train ride tickets can be purchased on the day from the ticket office. Please note, this is a separate line from the train boarding line.

Shelter bookings are available up to 6 months in advance

⚠️ Important to Note

• Bookings are non-refundable.

• Guests are welcome to bring their own portable gazebos to use in the general picnic area. Please ensure gazebos are securely pegged down, as windy conditions are common at Bulla Hill Miniature Railway.

• You’re also welcome to bring along extra tables and chairs to make your visit more comfortable.

• We have 2 push button BBQ’s available for everyone to enjoy — they CANNOT be pre-booked, so it’s first come, first served.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy Bulla Hill Miniature Railway with no entry fee. Please note, the last train departs at 3:45pm.

Our team at Bulla Hill Miniature Railway is made up entirely of volunteers who donate their time to ensure a fun, family-friendly experience for everyone. We ask that all visitors treat our volunteers with respect. Any form of abuse or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
